1. Technician: Roads and Stormwater (x1)
- Task Grade: 11
- Salary: R297,112.36 per annum
- Duration: Permanent
Requirements:
- Grade 12 + National Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with engineering specifications and standards
- Execute road and stormwater operations
- Compile technical reports and findings
- Assist in electricity and housing administration
- Supervise personnel
2. Payroll Officer (x1)
- Task Grade: 10
- Salary: R261,225.00 per annum
- Duration: Permanent
Requirements:
- Grade 12 + National Diploma in Payroll Administration or equivalent
- Computer literacy (Office Applications)
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform payroll administration
- Reconcile and correct salary misallocations
- Verify payroll data and reports
3. Truck Driver: Waste Management (x4)
- Task Grade: 06
- Salary: R150,605.94 per annum (excluding benefits)
- Duration: Permanent
Requirements:
- ABET Level 3 + Code EC Driver’s License with PrDP
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect and dispose of waste using heavy vehicles
- Transport personnel
- Maintain equipment and tools
4. Driver: Dipper/Truck (x1)
- Task Grade: 06
- Salary: R150,605.94 per annum (excluding benefits)
- Duration: Permanent
Requirements:
- ABET Level 3 + Code EC Driver’s License with PrDP
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy vehicles safely and efficiently
- Adhere to municipal procedures
- Maintain equipment and tools
5. Plant Operators (x3)
- Task Grade: 06
- Salary: R150,605.94 per annum
- Duration: Permanent
Requirements:
- Grade 10/ABET Level 4
- Certificate in Plant Operation
- C1 Driver’s License
- 0–1 year of relevant experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate plant machinery and vehicles
- Maintain sidewalks, stormwater systems, and curbing
- Efficiently utilize tipper lorries
