Overview:
Pepkor Lifestyle (HiFi Corporation, Incredible Connection, Bradlows, Sleepmasters, Russells, and Rochester) is offering a Wholesale & Retail SETA-funded learnership for motivated individuals seeking to launch their careers in the retail sector. This 12-month program provides a valuable opportunity to gain experience within the Pepkor Lifestyle group and develop essential skills for the workplace. Learnerships are available in the retail sector across all 9 provinces.
Program Objectives:
This learnership aims to equip individuals with the knowledge and practical experience to thrive in the wholesale and retail environment. Successful candidates will contribute to the organization’s growth while developing their own potential.
Learnership Focus Areas (12 Months):
- Customer service on the shop floor
- Marketing, merchandising, and display maintenance
- English language fundamentals
- Mathematical fundamentals
- Transaction recording and payment processing on POS systems
- Understanding the wholesale and retail environment
- Opening new accounts
- Maintaining and controlling stock losses

Eligibility Criteria:
To be eligible for the Learnership, candidates must:
- Possess a Senior Certificate (Matric or equivalent)
- Be a South African citizen with no criminal record
- Candidates with and without disabilities are encouraged to apply
