Fidelity Services Group is seeking a dedicated and professional Grade C Security Officer to join our team in Estcourt, KwaZulu-Natal. This permanent role offers a stable career with one of South Africa’s leading security solutions providers.
About the Role
Reporting to the Site Manager, the Security Officer will play a key role in ensuring the safety and security of the client’s premises and assets. The ideal candidate will consistently deliver professional, efficient security services that meet and exceed client expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Adhere to all contractual obligations and client specifications
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Conduct proactive patrolling and site monitoring
- Respond promptly and effectively to incidents and emergencies
- Enforce security protocols and standard operating procedures
- Maintain accurate records and detailed logs
Requirements
- Matric / Grade 12 certificate
- Valid PSIRA Grade C registration
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in the security industry
- Fluent in Afrikaans
- Clear criminal record
- Must reside in Estcourt or surrounding areas
