About CSOS:
The Community Schemes Ombud Service (established under Act 9 of 2011) regulates community schemes like sectional title complexes, retirement villages, and homeowners’ associations. As a Schedule 3A public entity under the Public Finance Management Act (PFMA), CSOS plays a key role in resolving disputes and promoting good governance.

Who Should Apply?
You are eligible to apply if you:
- Are a South African citizen
- Have completed Grade 12 (Matric)
- Hold a minimum NQF Level 4 qualification
- Are unemployed and not currently enrolled at any tertiary institution
- Have not previously participated in a CSOS learnership
- Are proficient in English and computer literate
