About the Role
The OMF Data Capturer is a customer-facing branch role designed to:
- Deliver seamless customer service.
- Guide customers in navigating Old Mutual’s digital platforms.
- Manage branch queues to improve efficiency.
- Promote digital adoption while reducing pressure on branch staff.
You’ll be at the forefront of Old Mutual’s digital service drive, helping clients transition to smarter, faster, and more convenient banking solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Queue Management
- Proactively manage customer queues to reduce waiting times.
- Ensure smooth branch operations and assist staff where needed.
Digital Transaction Support
- Guide customers in using digital devices for transactions.
- Provide step-by-step assistance with self-service processes.
- Help customers submit transactions using personal or branch devices.
- Share call center contact details for additional support.
Customer Engagement
- Address queries and resolve issues promptly.
- Provide professional, approachable service that builds trust.
Digital Platform Advocacy
- Promote the use of Old Mutual’s digital platforms.
- Encourage customer independence in managing financial transactions.
Minimum Requirements
- Education: National Senior Certificate (Matric) or equivalent NQF Level 4 qualification.
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in English plus proficiency in at least one additional South African language.
