An exciting opportunity has arisen for an office person to join our dynamic team! We are looking for an individual who is proficient in general administrative work and has excellent reception skills. The ideal candidate should have a strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and be able to multitask effectively.
In addition to these essential skills, the successful candidate must be computer literate and have experience working in an administrative role. This role requires someone who is able to use Microsoft Office Suite and other office-related software effectively.

As an office person, your duties will include answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, managing the filing system, and ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the office. You will also be responsible for managing the reception area and greeting visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
We are looking for a team player who is reliable, proactive, and able to work independently. You must be able to prioritize tasks effectively and be able to meet deadlines.
