About the Role
As a personal assistant, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive support to our team, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of daily operations. This includes managing schedules, arranging appointments, handling correspondence, and performing various administrative tasks.

- Managing and organizing schedules
- Coordinating appointments and meetings
- Handling correspondence, calls, and emails
- Performing administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Assisting with special projects and events
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Availability to work Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm
- Basic salary: R5000
