1. Auto Electrical Learner
Requirements:
- Matric (Grade 12).
- Auto electrical-related qualification.
- Willingness to learn and be trained.
- Basic admin and Microsoft skills.
- Own transport is an advantage.
Responsibilities:
- Follow all safety regulations.
- Assist in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining electrical systems.
- Conduct inspections, tests, and troubleshooting.
- Use tools and power tools safely.
- Support diesel mechanics when needed.
- Perform risk assessments and maintain housekeeping standards.
2. Fitter Learner
Requirements:
- Matric (Grade 12).
- Fitting-related qualification.
- Administrative and Microsoft skills.
- Willingness to learn and be trained.
- Own transport is an advantage.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in assembling, maintaining, and repairing mechanical equipment.
- Work on crushers, pumps, screens, conveyors, and pipes.
- Perform inspections and risk assessments.
- Use cutting torches, lifting equipment, tools, and power tools.

3. Boilermaker Learner
Requirements:
- Matric (Grade 12).
- Boilermaking-related qualification.
- Administrative and Microsoft skills.
- Willingness to learn and be trained.

Responsibilities:
- Perform steel fabrication and welding tasks.
- Work on crushers, screens, chutes, conveyors, and pipes.
- Operate welding and cutting equipment safely.
- Conduct inspections and risk assessments.

4. Electrical Engineering Learner
Requirements:

- Electrical engineering-related qualification.

- Maintain and repair electrical systems and equipment.
