Call Center Consultant
						Location: Centurion Salary: R 207,662 per annum introductory payment plus benefits
Conditions:
- Grade 12 qualification
 - Recognized Diploma in Office Administration or Applicable Client Service Qualification, or equivalent
 - 1-3 years of experience in a call center environment
 - Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) and applicable on-the-job knowledge and experience may be considered during the selection process
 
Essential Criteria:
- Proficiency in applicable Microsoft Office Packages
 - Knowledge of client service principles
 - Excellent data capturing and typing skills
 - Active listening abilities
 - Strong verbal and written communication skills
 - Capability to handle stressful situations
 - Effective time management skills
 
Performance Areas:
- Answer and screen all incoming calls to the call center
 - Confirm information and update customer details as necessary
 - Manage and resolve client complaints effectively
 - Provide information and updates to guests regarding their operations
 - Identify and escalate issues to administrators when necessary
 - Monitor and engage with social media platforms as needed
 - Follow up on client calls as demanded
