About the YES Programme

✅ Who Can Apply?
You must meet all of the following minimum requirements:
- Be a South African citizen
- Aged between 18 and 34 years
- Hold a Grade 12 (Matric) certificate, or post-matric qualification
- Not have been permanently employed by any one employer for longer than 12 months
- Not be enrolled in full-time studies in 2025
- Not have previously participated in or registered for the YES Programme

What You’ll Do
If selected, you will be placed within Eskom Operations across various departments and regions. Responsibilities will vary depending on your specific placement, but all roles offer hands-on experience and insight into the energy sector.
