Overview
Vodacom invites unemployed South African youth (ages 18–35) to apply for the E-Waste Management Learnership Programme 2025/2026. This 12-month programme offers hands-on training, professional mentorship, and accredited skills development in the growing field of e-waste recycling.

Who Can Apply
To qualify, you must:
- Be a South African citizen residing in Gauteng (proof required)
- Be 18–35 years old
- Hold a Matric certificate with Maths or Maths Literacy and Science
- Come from a disadvantaged background (focus on Quintile 1–3 schools)
- Be currently unemployed and not enrolled in another programme
- Have basic computer literacy and strong communication skills
- Be motivated, team-oriented, and eager to learn
