Key improvements:

  • Clear visual hierarchy: Uses different font sizes, bolding, and bullet points to guide the eye.
  • Emphasis on “How to Apply”: The instructions for applying are now in a separate section and are very clear. I added a critical reminder to only submit certified copies if you are shortlisted.
  • Better flow: Information is presented in a logical sequence.
  • Call to Action: I didn’t include one, as it is a government posting.
  • Doubled Checked I proofread the entire post to ensure the job titles and reference numbers were correct. This can be an easy way to disqualify candidates.

Remember to replace the bracketed link with an actual application link. Before posting, DOUBLE-CHECK all details, especially the closing date, reference numbers, and contact information. It is also important to double check what the email for contact is and whether it is available. It is also important to make a note in the submission area whether certified copies have to be attached or not. Make sure the contact details in the email submission is correct as this has been known to disqualify a candidate. It is also a good practice to add that if your application is unsuccessful, this can mean the position has been filled or can mean you don’t have the right qualifications for the position. I have edited to show this.

This arranged version is much more user-friendly and will likely lead to a higher number of qualified applicants.
