Bidvest International Logistics (BIL) is offering unemployed South African youth (ages 18–35) the chance to participate in the Unemployed Learnership Programme (2025–2026).
This 12-month programme combines theory and practical training, providing a nationally recognized qualification in Freight & Logistics.

Programme Structure
- Theoretical Learning: Online modules via the BIL eLearning Platform (freight handling, logistics operations, supply chain management).
- Practical Training: Real-world experience across multiple BIL divisions.
- Portfolio of Evidence: Documentation of progress and learning outcomes.
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 / Senior Certificate or equivalent
- South African citizenship
- Age: 18–35 years
- Must be an African female living with a disability
- Commitment to full-time participation for 12 months
- Interest in the transport and logistics industry
- No prior work experience required
Key Responsibilities
- Actively participate in both theoretical and practical training
- Complete all eLearning modules
- Develop and maintain a Portfolio of Evidence
- Demonstrate professionalism, punctuality, and workplace etiquette
- Manage stipend responsibly and meet programme requirements
