Programme Details

Learnership Structure
Classroom Training:
Learners will attend formal training sessions one week per month, covering both theoretical concepts and practical applications relevant to supply chain operations.
Workplace Experience:
The remaining period will be spent in an operational work environment, where learners will gain exposure to real logistics processes, systems, and procedures.
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 07:00 to 17:00, with the possibility of overtime depending on operational requirements.
Assessment and Certification:
Learners will be required to complete all assessments and write the EISA examination at the end of the programme in order to qualify for the Occupational Certificate.
This balanced approach ensures that learners are fully prepared for entry-level to intermediate roles within the supply chain and logistics industry.
