What You’ll Learn
The program’s curriculum covers all major aspects of wholesale and retail operations, including:

Entry Requirements
To qualify, applicants must meet the following criteria
South African citizen, aged 18–35 years.
- Minimum Grade 12 (with Communication and Maths Literacy at NQF Level 2).
- Currently unemployed and not studying.
- Commitment to completing the 12-month program in full.
- Availability to attend both classroom and in-store training.
- Successful completion of a pre-assessment (if applicable).
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
- Team player with good interpersonal and collaboration skills.
- Basic numeracy and literacy competencies.
- Attention to detail and accountability.
- Passion for retail and fashion, with a customer-focused mindset.
