Job Responsibilities
- Build and maintain sound connections with both internal and external stakeholders by providing a high level of service.
 - Establish and maintain professional connections with Head Office, ensuring service delivery is in line with expectations and compliance.
 - Ensure client requirements are understood and met through regular communication, attending to complaints promptly, meeting deadlines, and following instructions correctly.
 - Establish and maintain sound working connections with the team by operating as an active team member.
 - Contribute to a culture conducive to achieving transformation goals by participating in Nedbank Culture building initiatives.
 - Participate in and support corporate social responsibility initiatives for the achievement of key business strategies.
 - Identify and recommend opportunities to enhance processes, systems, and programs and support the implementation of new processes, programs, and systems.
 - Keep abreast of legislation and industry changes impacting the role by reading relevant newsletters, websites, and attending sessions.
 - Understand and embrace the Nedbank vision and demonstrate values through interaction with the team and stakeholders.
 - Improve personal capability and stay abreast of developments in the field of expertise by relating training courses and career progression for self.
 
Essential Qualifications – NQF Level
- Matric/Grade 12/National Senior Certificate
 
Preferred Qualification
- Applicable Business Diploma/Degree
 
Minimum Experience Level
- 3 years’ experience in an executive role in Financial Markets
