About the Opportunity

DHL Supply Chain (South Africa) is inviting unemployed youth aged 18–29 to apply for the YES 4 Youth Programme. This initiative offers practical work experience, professional exposure, and growth opportunities for young South Africans eager to launch their careers.


Job Purpose

We are seeking motivated and reliable individuals with a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn. Responsibilities include assisting with loading/unloading tasks, following delivery procedures, and supporting operational and customer service functions.


Key Responsibilities

  • Follow client delivery requirements and procedures
  • Learn and safely use relevant equipment; report any defects
  • Record and report product issues or non-conformities
  • Operate within assigned areas based on business needs
  • Adhere to safety and standard operating procedures

Minimum Requirements

  • South African citizen
  • Age: 18–29 years old
  • Currently unemployed
  • Matric certificate with English and Mathematics/Math Literacy – Essential
  • BBB-EE candidates only

  • Updated CV
  • Certified copy of your South African ID
  • Certified copy of your Matric certificate
