Purpose of the Role
To provide high-quality client support through efficient call handling, ensuring customer satisfaction and building lasting client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle 90% of incoming calls within 60 seconds (SLA: 90/60)
 - Log all calls correctly and escalate unresolved issues
 - Identify client needs and promote relevant banking products
 - Follow set work schedules to meet performance targets
 - Uphold Nedbank values: honesty, integrity, accountability, respect
 - Stay informed on processes, risk standards, and industry updates
 - Participate in training and cultural engagement activities
 - Contribute to social responsibility and continuous improvement initiatives
 
Minimum Requirements
- Education: Matric / Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate
 - Experience: 1–2 years in a call centre environment
 - Clearance: Clear ITC and criminal record
 
Skills Required
- Basic computer literacy
 - Strong written and spoken English
 - Basic numerical ability
