1. Security Officer (Grades C/B/A)
- Location: Cape Town, Western Cape
- Employment Type: Permanent
- Division: FSG Phillipi Branch
- Experience: Entry Level
- Industry: Security & Investigations
Requirements:
- Minimum Grade 10
- PSIRA accredited (Grade C/B/A)
- Minimum 2 years’ security industry experience
- Hospitality/Residential Estates experience (MUST)
- No criminal record (regular checks required)
- Physically fit, residing in advertised area
Key Responsibilities:
- Patrolling, safeguarding, and entrance/exit control
- Report writing and register completion
- Standard security duties as per training
Core Competencies:

2. Armed Response Officer (Welkom, Free State)

Requirements:
- Matric
- Grade B PSIRA accredited & Response registered
- Minimum 3 years’ industry experience
- Firearm Competency (Handgun for Business Purposes)
- Driver’s license required
- Estate/residential experience (advantage)
- Physically fit, healthy, and not afraid of heights
- Computer literacy advantageous

3. Armed Response Officer (Potchefstroom, North West)

Requirements: (Same as Welkom position)
- Matric & Grade B PSIRA Response registration
- 3+ years’ experience in security
- Firearm competency (Handgun for Business Purposes)
- Driver’s license required
- Estate/residential experience (advantage)
- Physically fit, healthy, no fear of heights
- Computer literacy advantageous

4. Control Room Operator – WhatsApp
- Location: Pretoria, Gauteng
- Closing Date: 10 September 2025
- Division: Fidelity ADT – Gauteng
- Functional Area: Customer Service
Main Purpose: Manage and respond to client requests via WhatsApp.
Requirements:
- Grade 12 (Matric)
- Grade C PSIRA registered
- Security industry background
Responsibilities:
- Monitor emergency & non-emergency signals
- Client liaison via WhatsApp & calls
- Report incidents, update timesheets, record leads
- Ensure compliance with SOPs & safety standards
- Collaborate with monitoring and response teams
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong communication and client liaison
- Computer literacy (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Stress tolerance and conflict management
- High service standards and compliance focus
5. Hotel Security Officer (Grades A–C)
- Location: Cape Town, Western Cape
- Employment Type: Permanent
- EE Status: Only open to EE candidates
Position Summary: Ensure the safety and security of guests, staff, and property within a hotel environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- CCTV monitoring & patrols
- Guest ID verification & incident reporting
- Respond to complaints and emergencies
- Liaise with law enforcement
- Assist guests and collaborate with hotel departments
Qualifications:
- Matric
- PSIRA Certificate (Grade A–C preferred)
- Minimum 2 years’ hospitality sector experience
- Strong communication & customer service skills
- Physically fit and flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
