About the Role: Seasonal Sales Assistant
Between 1 November 2025 and 31 January 2026, GALXBOY gears up for its busiest, boldest, and most exciting period of the year. Our stores transform into cultural hubs where fashion, music, and lifestyle collide.
As a Sales Assistant, you’ll be at the heart of this movement:
- Bringing high energy and keeping the store alive.
- Ensuring smooth operations during the festive rush.
- Delivering a memorable customer experience with every interaction.
Expect long queues, extended trading hours, and high-energy days — but also big rewards, unforgettable vibes, and the chance to represent an iconic brand.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver Next-Level Service: Create lasting memories and connections with every customer.
- Rep the Brand: Live the GALXBOY identity through your style and interactions.
- Master the Drops: Know fits, fabrics, styles, and new releases inside-out.
- Serve Style Inspo: Give authentic advice and plug customers into the culture.
- Keep the Store Sharp: Maintain visual merchandising standards and stay on top of stock checks.
- Stay Tech-Savvy: Use tills, scanners, and digital tools quickly and accurately.
- Own the Festive Rush: Thrive during queues, heavy traffic, and late-night trading.
What We’re Looking For
- Young & Hungry: Ambitious, motivated, and willing to learn.
- Stylish & Confident: Carry the GALXBOY look with pride.
- People-First Energy: Approachable and naturally good with customers.
- Reliable & Flexible: Comfortable with retail hours, weekends, holidays, and extended shifts.
- Retail Experience (Bonus): Previous retail or fashion experience is great, but not essential.
The Deal
- Contract Period: 1 November 2025 – 31 January 2026 (Fixed-Term)
- Compensation: Base pay plus commission & incentives — the harder you hustle, the more you earn.
