Key Responsibilities
- Execute all point-of-sale (POS) activities efficiently and accurately.
- Handle cash safely and in line with company policies.
- Promote and process Clicks ClubCard memberships and rewards.
- Inform customers about promotions, special offers, and campaigns.
- Deliver outstanding customer service with a friendly, professional attitude.
- Maintain merchandising, stock rotation, pricing accuracy, and store housekeeping standards.
- Keep product knowledge up to date to assist customers effectively.
