Job Description
Loading stock within the department, receiving, and placing replenishment stock from other mills in designated areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Loading/Offloading of stock
- Forklift inspection
- Safe working practices
- Housekeeping
- Ensure compliance with relevant Food Safety and Health Safety standards
- Operate and use required tools and equipment skillfully and safely
- Perform heavy physical labor
- Read, comprehend, and work from plans and SOPs
- Follow written and verbal instructions
- Work under pressure and independently
Qualification Requirements
- Grade 12 Essential
Experience Requirements
- 2-3 years’ experience in relevant trade within FMCG
- Exposure to warehouse environment will be an advantage
- Valid Forklift License essential
Other Requirements
- 5-day position with potential overtime and unusual working hours (after hours) from time to time
- May be required to work on Saturday, Sunday, and Public Holidays as needed
