Corruseal Group: Distribution Learnership Programme
Corruseal Group invites applications for its Distribution Learnership Programme, based in Corruseal Gauteng. This 12-month learnership offers structured practical training in operating material-handling equipment (forklifts, clamp trucks) and gaining exposure to stock management.
What You’ll Learn
Participants will learn to:
- Operate material handling equipment (forklift and clamp trucks).
- Move, locate, relocate, stack, and load raw material and stock.
- Participate in stock management activities.
- Understand receiving, dispatching, and inspecting raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods.
- Verify stock received correctly (label and quantity).
- Move stock into appropriate bays using an RF scanner.
- Feed Converting Machines with Work-In-Progress Material.
- Operate strapping machines.
- Check stock vs open purchase orders in ABACA and escalate discrepancies.
- Scan and capture stock into systems and clear receiving locations.
- Issue paper reels or WIP loads to relevant sections.
- Ensure product is not damaged during handling.
- Assist with cycle counts and stock takes and report on discrepancies.
- Conduct quality checks and inspections.
- Load and unload trucks according to procedures.
- Operate forklifts safely, as per Section 43 of the Occupational Health and Safety Act.
What You Need
Committed individuals who:
- Are ready to complete all learning modules, workplace activities, and competency assessments.
- Operate the forklift in a safe and responsible manner as set out in Section 43 of the Occupational Health and Safety Act, 1993—Driven Machinery Regulations.
