Job Purpose
To provide efficient and friendly customer service at the point of sale (POS), ensuring an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
Efficiently handle all point-of-sale transactions
Accurately scan merchandise and process payments, including ClubCard rewards
Ensure the safe handling of cash at all times
Actively promote the Clicks ClubCard and enroll new members
Inform customers about promotions to enhance sales
Provide superior customer service as a brand ambassador
Maintain store merchandising and general housekeeping standards
Stay updated on products, promotions, and events to assist customers effectively
Knowledge & Skills Required
Knowledge:
Basic math calculations
Retail/FMCG experience & merchandising principles
Stock management procedures

Minimum Requirements
Experience:

Education:
Essential: Grade 12 (Matric)
Desirable: 50% in Maths & English at Grade 12 level
