Centlec SOC Ltd invites suitably qualified and experienced individuals to apply for the position of Security Guard in the Performance and Compliance Directorate, under the Security, Facilities, and Fleet Management Division.

Minimum Requirements
- Grade 10 (minimum qualification)
- Valid PSIRA Grade C certificate
- Ability to read and write in English and one other official language
- Valid Code EB driver’s license
- Registered with PSIRA
- Firearm competency certificate (advantageous)
- Completion of the National Key Point Course (advantageous)
Experience
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in security operations or emergency response
- Prior experience in patrols, response duties, or asset protection is beneficial
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to reported security incidents within municipal areas
- Conduct regular patrols in assigned zones
- Maintain a visible security presence to deter illegal activity
- Protect CENTLEC’s property, infrastructure, and personnel
- Perform static duties for executive members
- Investigate and report on any attempted or actual break-ins
- Enforce safety and security protocols within the workplace
- Carry out protection and escort duties as required
