About the Opportunity

Minimum Requirements
✅ Senior Certificate / Grade 12 / Matric
✅ Knowledge of:
- Batho Pele Principles
- Telephone etiquette
- Switchboard operations
- Departmental policies
✅ Skills: - Excellent communication and listening abilities
- Sound judgment and diplomacy
- Ability to identify problems and build interpersonal relationships
- Basic literacy and professional handling of telephone systems
Key Responsibilities
- Operate the office switchboard and provide courteous, professional telephone support
- Ensure effective and efficient telephone service across the office
- Assist Management Support Services (MSS) with administrative functions when needed
